No Fun® is a Canadian brand that ships many of our items from our Studio HQ in Canada, while other items are shipped to you by fulfillment partners in the USA or elsewhere.
All import duties and tariffs on your order's delivery are your responsibility.
These new duty fees & import taxes are due to new governmental legislation that is fully out of our control. Duty fees are calculated and added automatically at checkout wherever possible and are not eligible for refund.
Parcels that are refused, abandoned, or retuned to sender due to non-payment of tariff fees will not be refunded.

Duty fees and import taxes are calculated and added automatically in your cart at checkout wherever possible.
The amount of duties or tariffs due is determined by the country of origin of the items in your cart as well as the country you're shipping them to.
All import duties and tariffs on your order's delivery are your responsibility.
These new fees are due to new governmental legislation that is fully out of our control.
They are not eligible for refund. - What is the return or exchange policy?

No refunds or exchanges.
All shipping fees are non-refundable.
We are not responsible for packages lost, damaged, or stolen in transit.
For any other issue that may arise with your order, please send an email with the order number to service [at] nofunpress.com. We'll do our best to make things right for you ASAP.Please contact us within 7 days of receiving any defective or incorrect items. Any requests after the 7 day limit will not be approved. Product must be unworn, unwashed, and in brand new condition.

In most cases- yes!
The majority of our orders ship out via usps first class/priority, chitchats canada tracked, or canada post expedited. Your shipping confirmation will clarify which. All of these services include tracking.
However- tracking will not be included on some orders for small/flat sized items like pins & patches that ship via lettermail.
Some other Canadian & International orders may be excluded from tracking services, depending on their sizes or weights, sorry!If your order is eligible for tracking: the tracking number will be sent to you automatically via your shipping confirmation.
If your order is not eligible for tracking: your shipping confirmation will contain the shipping carrier name only.We are not responsible for packages lost, damaged, or stolen in transit.
- What currencies does your webstore accept?

While we formerly only accepted USD at checkout, you can now place your order using most major currencies including CAD, AUD, JPY, and more.
Our website will attempt to geolocate you to guess your preference.
Although you may be able to process your orders' payment using GBP or EUR, we're still unfortunately unable to ship to the UK & Europe due to their new import tax laws.
- Do you ship to Europe or the UK?

Unfortunately, we're still unable to offer shipping to the UK & EU, due to the 2021 import tax regulations in those regions.
We're working to find a simple solution that will be easy for our valued customers and also allow us to remain compliant with the new vat laws that came into effect in 2021.
It's a complex process that's especially difficult for a small businesses like ours to navigate. I apologize for any continued disappointment this has caused in the meantime, but our hands are currently tied! We hadn't expected this interruption to be this long - Rest assured we're still working on it, thanks for your understanding. - Do you ship internationally (outside of UK & EU)?

Absolutely! No fun® is everywhere.
Shipping to the UK & EU has been temporarily suspended due to the new import tax regulations in those countries.
We're working to find a simple solution that will be easy for our valued customers and also allow us to remain compliant with the new vat rules coming into effect as of mid 2021.
It is our mission to solve this issue and continue to make our uk & eu customers lives far less fun, but it is a complex process that's especially difficult for small businesses to navigate. I apologize for any disappointment this has caused in the meantime, but our hands are currently tied!
If you're curious about international shipping costs, just add a few items to your cart and it will be calculated automatically. The shipping costs are based on package weight.
These taxes are not charged by No Fun®. We have no control over them and cannot predict what they might be, nor are we are not responsible for them, or the delays they may cause. Please contact your local customs office for more information.If you refuse your package due to duties / customs fees we are not responsible for it's return. We will only issue refunds in cases where parcels arrive back to our studio. All shipping costs are non-refundable.
- How long will it take to receive my order?

We process and package all orders within 1-5 days. Once we've packed and shipped out your order you'll receive a shipping confirmation from us.
After that, the postal system will take an additional few days to work it's magic for you:
USA: 1-7 days*
Canada: 3-21 days*
International: 4-22 days*
*business days.
These are approximate time estimates based on the postal service's standards. These are not guaranteed shipping times.
We are not responsible for packages lost, damaged, or stolen in transit. - My order's tracking says "Delivered", but it's not here!?

If your order is “delivered” but not in your hands - double check with neighbours or in other places near your mailbox. Sometimes postal workers 'stash' oversized parcels that may be too big to fit in your mailbox.
If it really is not there please contact the delivering courier directly for more information.
Unfortunately once your order leaves our studio we only have access to the same tracking info that you do.
We've heard that many postal workers will receive their full week's worth of packages all at the same time. Rather than marking each parcel as "Delivered" one by one at the actual time of delivery, we've heard that they'll often scan all of the items at into the system as "Delivered" at one time when starting their route, which may in reality take a few days to complete. If this is the case - your tracking will show "Delivered" when it's true status is "With the delivery driver". - My order arrived, but there was a duty fee?

Wherever possible, these duties are automatically added to your cart during checkout, so you're aware up front what taxes may apply to your order.

- I live in Toronto, do you offer local pickup?

No, not at this time, sorry!
We've had to discontinue our Toronto Contactless Pick Up service as of Feb. 2025.
We're moving our operations somewhere new and will no longer be able to offer in-person order pick up at 915 Dupont St.
